Pentair Superflo VS Getting Power but Screen Blank

Hi everyone,

Insatlled the Superflo VS in 2021 and the screen is blank as of last Thursday. No surges or heat damage. Did the reset trou=bleshoot, diconnected for 10 minutes, and verified power to the AC connection (120). Any chance the circuit board is bad and will Pentair help me as a registered owner? We purchased in April 2020. Thanks!

Are you sure the pump is wired for 120 and not 240? With 240 you can be missing a phase and still test 120 at the pump.
