Pentair pool heater not heating spa

Hi there

Can anyone offer advice please.

I turned the Spa on, first time in a couple of months. The spa has heated up to 100 degrees F but there are no jets or spa action. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

I am going to assume this is a spa connected to the pool
And if the spa water temperature has risen, then the water in the spa has been circulating through the heater.
For the jets to have 'action', they must have flow rate, and possibly, an air blower or the air inlet pipe operating.
Let me know if any of my statements are not correct.

Do you have an automation system that changes from the Pool mode to the Spa mode, or are you doing this manually.
