Pentair MiniMax NT does not ignite - error E05

Thanks Jason. Sorry, will try to keep it together.
I have a progress: I was able to fire one burner. 4 other burners have no gas flow ( I cannot feel it by finger and no fire with igniter over them). I vacuumed burners and orifices.
My question:
Can I remove (unscrew) orifices for cleaning without removing whole burner tray. It seems there is a space to do so.
Is it bad idea to push wire into orifices without removing them: I will dislodge the clot - the worst it will come back, right?

The burner assembly is fairly easy to remove once you get the gas line off. Here is a link to a thread I started in 2014 about this issue. Let me know if you have any question.

Once the gas line is removed there was a bolt to a small metal plate that stops the tray from coming out, once removed and the cables are disconnected the entire assembly slides out.
