Pentair Intelliflo3 VSF Pump issue

Ron,

The VS pump must be connected to the Line side of the Pump/Filter relay.. (done..)

But.. The IntelliChlor AC power MUST come from the Load side of the Pump/Filter relay..

Please check to see how your IntelliChlor is now getting it AC input voltage.

Thanks,

Jim R.

Looks like the wire from the double breaker goes to the load.
Yes. Double pole breaker has 2 black wires going to Load 1 and Load 2

I do not have an intelichloranator.

Wire clarification:
One black wire from lower pole of dbl breaker goes to Load 1. One black wire from upper pole of dbl breaker goes to Load 2. Two blue wires from Line 1 goes to = 1 to pump and one to heater. Two black wires from Line 2 goes to = 1 to pump and 1 to heater.

That means that when the relay is in NO (normally open) the pump has no power and vsp should have power all times but in your setup the power goes to the load side. The wires to the pump and the wires from the CB need to be on the same screws "LINE" side.
The heater needs to be on the Load side.
