Pentair IntelliCenter - iOS App access

Pentair IntelliCenter app is throwing an "SSL error cannot make secure connection to the app". Learned from this site that there is a web address for the app too? https://intellicenter.com/. I cannot get to that either. Does anyone know if the server is down? The customer service number says to call back during business hours.

On top of all this is seems as if the pool is operating past it's schedule. I have a camera on the equipment.
 
As of 1:00am PDT, https://intellicenter.com is not responding. My only test of that was to try to load it in my laptop's browser, but it appears something is amiss with that address. If your app can't reach the server, that would likely explain that error message. My ScreenLogic app works, which also uses Pentair servers, but probably a different set than IntelliCenter. Maybe they're just working on the server "in the middle of the night."

Have you updated the Intellicenter firmware to the latest, 1.064 version? The new web client address is intellicenter2.com. Also will need to update your app to Intellicenter 2.

HRR, sorry I couldn't be of better help last night. Looks like you're in good hands now. Apparently Pentair shut down that old address a day or two ago...
