Pentair IC60 Salt Level not updating in the ScreenLogic app

My IC60 is about 6 years old (I think) in a 20,000 gallon pool. (I know this is overkill for my pool size. But that is what they gave me!!)
Im in New Jersey so it only runs 3-4 months a year.
I have an Easy Touch system and the salt level in the Screen Logic app is not updating at all and is stuck on 2600 ppm (see image)
I put a few bags of salt in the pool before I realized the app number wasn't changing so I know there is salt in the pool.
I have never cleaned the SWG. Going to do that next.
I'm wondering if a dirty SWG would cause a misreading of the salt level in the app or if the SWG has just reached its end of life.

I've attached an image of the ScreenLogic readout. And another image of the constant state of the SWG.

Here is a link to a vid showing the diagnostic of the SWG

Thanks in advance for all your help guys and gals!!
Lou

What is your actual salt level when measured with a TaylorK-1766 drop based test kit?
I haven't done a manual test yet. I will this weekend. But I can tell you that I put two bags of salt in the pool the other day and the number didn't change at all on the app. Should have at least seen bump in the number 12-24 hours later.

Louie,

The cell does not continiously test for salt.. It tests the salt at start up and then every 12 hours after that.

ScreenLogic will just show where the salt was the last time it was tested.

Reboot your cell and then watch it when it powers up. Do the salt lights flash back and forth like a railroad crossing? (This is when the cell tests for salt and this can take 5 minutes or more..)

If you lower your cell output to 20% do the sanitizer lights on the cell change to 20%?? (This can take a few minutes..)

Thanks,

Jim R.

That makes sense Jim. Lights flash every time I restart the pump since SWG and pump are tied together in the EasyTouch.
And 2 bags didn't move the needle at all. Even the next day the red light was still on and the app read 2600.
I should have seen a bump the day after and I got nothing. I've owned the SWG for 10 years now so I have a pretty good intuition about how much to add when the level reads low.
So something is def wrong.

when I get home Im going to try to lower the output in the app to see if it changes the lights on the cell.
