Are you sure it is the bolt (stainless steel, very hard) and not the nut (brass, much softer). At times the brass nut can strip and leave the brass in the bolt making it look like the bolt is damaged. You would literally have to pry open the area where the "ears" of the bolt are secured. This would make the clamp integrity very questionable, a dangerous situation for several reasons.
The nut and spring assembly are available.

If your CCP is like mine, there is no way to replace the bolt. It's trapped in the clamp band in a welded loop. Of course these filters have been around for a long time and details have changed, so yours may be a different story.

My filter's manual shows the band clamp including the bolt as a single part. There are "T bolt for Pentair filter clamp" listings on various pool store pages, but when I drilled down on a couple, they were not for CCP.

I'm no expert on filters, but there's an absolute truth. Don't take chances with these threads. +1 to 1poolman1's point that the brass nut is likely wear before the steel bolt, but both need to be perfectly serviceable. Saving some bucks is not worth the risk of running a filter with a flaky clamp. People get killed that way. The filter's cross-section is about 2 square feet, say 280 square inches. If your system runs at 10psi, there's way over a ton of force pushing upward on the filter top. If there's some air in there and the clamp lets loose, the top takes off like a rocket.
