Hard freeze got me. Think I'd be okay just replacing the heater manifold cover. I've only had my equipment for 6 months.

You may have a damaged Water Pressure Switch. Check the areas recommended for winterizing...

i believe my manifold is leaking after freeze. Is it bad for me to run it until the replacement part comes (ETA July)? It works without issue, just a constant drip when the pump runs

Depends how much water you lose daily.

Why not install a heater bypass?

Its a slow drip. This heater also does my spa which I still like to use. I just don't want to cause any further damage than already done.
