PCB Board for GOLDLINE CONTROLS

Well, I fixed the IFCS issue but now it's my PCB board. My panel gave me the No Cell Power and No Cell Power 2 error message over the weekend. I've done the check the back and re-solder but to no avail. I ordered the relay and will have it installed by a professional solderer and we'll how will that work. If that doesn't work, I guess it's time to get a new PCB board. Any suggestions?

Thanks. I'll trouble shoot tomorrow and I'll update. I did see a bad/deteriorating post behind the board on one of the relays. I have the relay now and will replace and we'll see.
