We had two hurricanes last fall. I had several trees that were 50' or so away from the pool. I lost 2 of the trees around the pool in the first one, and the remaining ones in the second. I didn't have to clear nearly as many leaves off the pool cover this spring, and it's only been a week but the pool is staying much cleaner so far.

Awesome. Kinda wish my backyard neighbor's red pine would fall....(safely on his side).
He did pay for a MAJOR branch trimming last fall though. Very grateful for that.
The amount of pine needles to deal with has been reduced to about 2/3 of what it used to be.

I love trees, but pools and trees are not best friends. Glad your maintenance has been reduced - more swim time!
