On the path towards a warranty.

Following along with this thread. I had some very rapid scaling experiences with my cell last year and purchased the Taylor Phosphate test kit K-1106, to help diagnose my issues.

If you manage your CSI, maybe. I plan on 10K hours. Buy the RJ-45, and select the $10 upgrade to the RJ-60. Or do the RJ30 $10 upgrade to the 45. Either way, the RJ series is a great product. I love mine.

I believe all circupool #s are overstated by 1/3. They have 50% more production and lifespan than anyone else.

Members have reported the FC production isn't as they say, and the hours is real tricky to tally over several seasons with different runtimes throughout.

But I do believe they produce at least as much and last at least as long as any comparable size unit from another manufacturer. So at worst it's equal and cheaper. If it does any better than that, it's better and cheaper.

Is it going to make at least 2.5 pounds per 24 hours and last at least 5k hours ?
The other large units make 2lbs per 24 hours and last 10k hours so I use that as my benchmark personally.

The FC production you'll be able to reverse engineer / calculate but the lifespan is all but impossible running different hours a day throughout the season as FC demand slowly increases the first half of the season and decreases the back half.

Many, MANY members who've gone with CP report they are happy with both the production and the lifespan. They're great units even if the manufacturer claims too much.

We suggest to purchase a hayward system as the manufacturer
informed us if the customer purchases another unit they will have the same issue.

Are they just hugely over stating production ?
Or do they not even check the unit to see if its really broke and just refunding money?

I'd say defective unit. Your report is a rare one and statistically speaking, a new RJ60 would do fine. If I had to guess, I'd say one of the polarities doesn't work and it's only producing half the time, which is about what you were seeing.

*disclaimer. There is always that one person who gets dud after dud. The universe picks on some people sometimes.

It felt very weird how the cord plugged into the machine. It went in at a slight angle hitting the side like the board wasn't installed in the correct placement.
