OmniLogic won’t control Hayward Heater

1st time to crank up the hot tub, just got the gas run. Couldn’t turn it on via app. Had to turn it on manually.

Ever seen this? OmniLogic is controlling everything else perfectly.

Should be able to control it. Software must not be programmed for using the heater yet.
