Hayward Gas Heater not running

Similar issue- electrician wired heater 240 directly to breaker in the box and 2 wire to control board. I cannot get the heater to turn on through the Omnilogic board or app. Even when the heater is in standby mode or “bo” mode, the controller does not tun on the heater. I can turn on the heater manually, but not through the Omnilogic controller.
I don’t know if the electrician chose a different relay for this heater. He had no experience with Omnilogic.

You need to go into your OmniLogic Configuration and see what LVR (Low Voltage Relay) is assigned to the heater and what the physical LVR connection for the heater is.

Thank you very much. I had read to remove the heater and re-install again in the configuration mode, after confirming which LVR. It took several reboots of the system for it to actually work, but finally I was able to control my Hayward heater with my OmniLogic App and controller. What a feeling of success! Now my wife is happy!
