Old bottles of bleach - useless or helpful?

We have a few bottles of this in our garage that are a couple years old. It’s 7.5%, so lower than usually recommended. Is it worth using in the pool or just pouring down the sink? We’re trying to clear some space.

Make sure it’s not Clorox or have other stuff in it like fabric softeners, scents, etc.
