I have a Waterway Plastics Oasis Pool Controller. This morning I noticed the pump wasn't running. I checked the equipment and everything was fine and had power but the Oasis Controller screen was dark, aka not illuminated. None of the buttons adjacent to the screen worked either. I tried pressing the P/S Mode button to activate the pump for Pool 100% and nothing happened. I checked all my electrical breakers and nothing was off. I turned off the power to all the pool equipment and the controller for 5 minutes and turned it back on. That didn't fix it either. I tried that twice. I looked inside the controller cabinet and all the wire connections were correct and tight. Nothing was loose. I even disconnected the ethernet cable for the screen from the controller circuit board for 2 minutes and reconnected it. I still won't turn on. I received great help here a few months ago when I had a problem that the Waterway Plastics tech support couldn't solve and I hoping someone can help again.
