The part that I circled I am not understanding what they mean. Does it mean I need to run my saltwater generator for that long before I test again?

You have input that you will set your SWCG at 6% output. That is not possible with a Krystal Clear SWCG I believe. Where you have 6, put 100.
The FC targets are so low because you must have 0 CYA input into the app. You need to add CYA if you have not already.

I suggest you read ABC's of Pool Water Chemistry.
