No power at the control panel - no power to the 24v transformer

After spending some time at the main breaker panel(not pool, house) and testing the voltages - all breakers are fine and showing 120v / 240v.

The live red wire connected to the filter pump has no voltage. Tracking the wire - it goes into the mud (ground) -- will look to trace it ( will post a pic)

also, I connected the 24v transformer neutral to a neutral inside the panel from which neutral is wire nutted.
I tested the hot of the transformer temporarily connecting to the live/hot and the panel turned on. So the transformer looks to be good

"There should be at least 2 hot wires, 1 neutral wire and 1 ground wire."
There are 2 red/hot wires coming into the panel from GFCI & switch - but only 1 measures 120v the other red which is connected to the pump has no power(volts). I think this may be the problem - If it is then I have to do some cable tracking to see where it is broken.

I finally located the circuit breaker for the pool control panel (Jandy) - it was misleading for me - I explain in this video - special thanks to TFP community for all the help.
