Hello, new to TFP. Taking care of my 20 y.o. pool after owning home for 5 years as pool guy retired. Pool was always clear, but I found out, not necessarily balanced …all I ever saw him do was pour liquid chlorine in and add an occasional trichlor puck during the hotter summer months. Getting water balanced and trying to follow TFP recommendations. Have a good science background, am 67 and retired, have the time, so while I find it challenging to balance water, fun to test (Taylor K-2006) and work to get numbers all ideal. Look forward to continuing to learn how to care for pool …and to save money!!!
