New to TFP - Screenlogic App problem

I clean my own pool, etc. I most things to my ability by researching and asking questions. I know when to ask for a technicians help (by them coming out)
and let them do the work. However, I am having a problem with ScreenLogic app ever since I changed my router. I have Windows 10, Android Moto Z3. Everything
worked well until the new router install. I also uninstall and reinstall ScreenLogic app.

Any suggestions?

Can you be more specific on the problem that you are having?

Are the DHCP settings and WiFi setting the same as your old router?

Screenlogic connected by Wifi or Cat5 cable?

Some of the new devices don't seem to play well with ScreenLogic.. Does your old router still work? If so, I would connection your PC and the protocol adapter to the old router and then connect the old router to your modem or your new router.. I agree that you should not have to do that, but it seems to work better is some cases.
