New to Forums - Just signed to build a pool in The Woodlands, TX

They are making good progress today... Not too shabby for 2 weeks in from excavation.
Builder said we should be done with the pool in 3 weeks or so. Then it is on to landscaping...
I really like the bull nose on the coping. Looks like it would be comfy to sit on the side of the pool and hang your feet in!

Coping and waterline are mostly finished and the waterwall is well on its way. Stonework will be done on Monday then the travertine decking done by next weekend.
Not too sure about this... two different guys did the waterline tile and it does not look right to me.
NOPE! NOPE! NOPE!! Left looks good.....................right=redo by guy who did left!!! Lets count the things wrong-gaps are uneven and too big on most, stone is crooked and uneven. Just looking at the goop coming out from under it you can see the difference in the work "style". Time to put in a phone call asap. Do NOT let them whine and try to get out of redoing it. The person I feel sorry for is the first guy having to "fix" second guys work

The pool builder saw the pics I sent him then called me. They are gonna fix the waterline and install new tile tomorrow. I will be at work tomorrow so will know tomorrow night how it looks.

I love the color of the split faced stone you picked for the waterfall. Do you happen to remember the name of it?
Waterwall to be finished tomorrow along with the Waterline fix. Moss rock being installed today. Later this week they pour the cement for the decking. Next week the travertine decking will be installed.
OH those are looking great!!! Love the pallet being used as a ladder! The many uses of a pallet are great!

Oh I can't wait to see how the water flows down and over those! Hummmmmmmmm any way to put your hose in the pipe???

I am going to do run a hose over the water falls later today to see how it looks. So far we have been building for 19 days... ETA is still early April completion.
