New S200 Owner - Help!

Hi all, I purchased a new Dolphin S200 from Marina Pools and it arrived yesterday. I was excited to try it out this evening and followed all the instructions but the thing isn't working. It powers up (lights on the control panel are on and blue, and the light on front of the robot blinks blue for a few seconds then turns off), it shoots some water out of the top, then it just sits there. The tracks do not turn at all.

I pulled it out of the water and did the test that is recommended here: Your Dolphin pool cleaner wont start up... - Fixya

As the Dolphin is going through the test mode the tracks will not turn and I hear loud grinding noises.

This thing is brand new out of the box. I'm very disappointed. Any ideas other than sending it in for warranty repair?
