Dolphin S200 starts/stops

I have a Dolphin S200 vacuum … around a year old. This morning I turned it on and it started rolling through its initial diagnostics (rolling 1 direction then stopping before normal operation). Upon normal operation, unit moves forward incrementally then stops and this process repeats before it stops all motion.

Prior to this, I dislodged wound hair/solids from impeller. This was first thing I did.

Any insghts as to what to do next?

That’s about the extent of intervention without opening it up, barring anything extremely obvious.
It is under warranty- call maytronics.

I had a similar problem with my robot - resetting the motor solved the problem for me. If that doesn't work, I would call about warranty coverage.
