Hi All. We just had a pool remodel done at our home. Today, the pebble finish was completed. They installed return fittings in the pool and spa that I have never seen before. I am used to a threaded fitting that I can then screw an adjustable "eyeball" to. This fitting does not appear to be threaded in any way. How do I adjust the water flow direction? Any additional information would be greatly appreciated!

I have a rent house pool that has the same fittings.. They screw in but have internal threads instead of external threads... The ring with the two tabs turns (unscrews) and this allows ball with the hole to be turned.. Then you tighten the ring to hold it in place.. I am not a fan, but they somewhat work..
