New pool owner from San Antonio TX

Just saying hi, my wife and I are closing on our first home this month, complete with in-ground pool. The house and pool are both from 1977 and the pool is in dire need of updates and new plaster so I will have plenty of questions along the way. Look forward to enjoying it soon!
