I'm sorry you're experiencing so many delays. I know its frustrating! My pool build was delayed every step of the way, it was cursed! Day one of building, they hit the main power line that was tagged in one place and ended up being outside the easement and in my yard, had to fight the power company to get it moved. Day one of gunite we got a massive storm that wasn't in the forecast, came out of nowhere, they had to quickly flash it and came back to finish, rained again a few hours later but at least gunite was done. Pebble finish plaster, the hose got clogged and exploded! They tried their best to bring it in wheelbarrows and do it by hand, sadly it didn't set right and had to be taken all out and reapplied. When removing the plaster, they damaged some of the coping, so those had to be replaced. Pool equipment/automation wouldn't get the heater to kick on, only the chiller. Automation board was bad...had to get a new one. Add in a bunch of rain and covid and we got more delays. It was supposed to be a 4-6week build MAX, but took near 3 months for everything to be done. The PB and his project manager were great though and were always ready to go and make things right ASAP.
