So we have water! And swimmers. The pool is 95% done. Overall, went smoothly. Apparently it took 34,000 gallons from the trucks. The rest of the backyard is about 3 weeks away with landscaping, finish carpentry and all the electronics and appliances.
We have an issue with the tile, some was left out in the rain between installation and is unusable. Need it to cover the outside of the hot tub. And my tile supplier says they don’t have any more of that exact tile. Yikes. Will update when a solution in known, but hey the kids are swimming.

I don't have anything to really add other than to say I love your design.
Thanks guys. Waiting on some gutter work, landscaping and audio/visual and it should be a wrap. Oh and new coping for the hot tub as we are switching the wrap/back from tile to stone
