New pool build in Allen TX

Looking great! Hoping the "heads up" about the envelop does not mean your is wrong.

Thanks - let's just say I wish I would have checked a little more closely in the design stage. I am working through the questions with the builder but it appears that in some areas of Texas inspections/reviews of building codes are pretty light.

Deck was sealed with Artcrete AS3000 sealer... has a wet glossy look. They added in sand so hopefully not too many slips when it is wet.

Deck was colored with Concreations bone base and pecan tan release color. Do wonder if I would have been happier with travertine over the long haul.

Landscaping started. Next get some more lighting installed and then finish out the beds. Can’t wait until the spring! Got a bunch of Eagleston Hollies planted - 30g from Chambersville Tree Farms - Trees, Shrubs, & Privacy Plants . The guys did a great job digging. It was a nightmare up along the patio with sprinkler lines and other items to watch out for.

Rearranged the patio to the arrangement we design to begin with. Like the view of the pool better from the couch. Plus we can put the tv on the wall across from couch. Still don’t know where to put one for the spa. Might put an extending arm on the wall and see if it will turn enough to view from spa.
