Who is the plaster manufacturer? They say it’s my city water.
They visited my pool several times this past summer only to scratch their heads.
The Hydrazzo manager and my installer say the water has too much calcium in it.
How much is too much?My installer has a program that keeps track of my reading and I have done so since day one.
Who did the startup procedure? The replastering was done in March 2023.
We need real numbers and not vague descriptions like a lot or a little bit.My pool store says I need to add a bunch of acid to the water.
The 7.2 ph is what they consider ideal. The pool chemistry today was 3.0 chlorine, 7.8 ph, 80 Alk. I use a typical test kit from the pool store. It's in a blue plastic box. I take a sample elbow-deep. They pool installer brings his own fancy kit with many more tests available and we match pretty closely so I think my numbers are accurate. I can get my pool store to check the supply of water again. the first time they did the test they said typical city water no problems. Why do "they" want your pH at 7.2?
What is the pool CH?
What is the fill water CH?
How are you testing your pool water?
How much is too much?
If you want good help, you have to provide good data and not just vague descriptions like too much or too little.
Can you show all reading from the beginning?Yes I can. Ill try to attach
Have you been tracking CSI from the beginning? Yes the installer put me on a 28 day program from day one.
If yes, what are the readings from day 1?
Who did the startup procedure? The installer Esposito Pools
The startup procedure is the most critical part of the process.
Can you describe the startup process that was done? He added some red liquid at the very start of the fill up. We filled it to the top non stop. All my readings are on a chart.
