New Pentair Mastertemp 200 leaking

Hi,

I just had a new pentair mastertemp 200 installed a week ago and it is leaking, it is also making a bubbly noise. Both the leak and the noise can be seen on this video

Any idea why a brand new heater is having this issue and can this be fixed by tightening some bolts or should I be inquiring for a replacement ?

Welcome to TFP.

I would put in a warranty claim. No water should be leaking from that area.

Thanks for the reply. I am reaching out to the pool installer to get the unit warranted.

Sorry for the lack of introduction on my first post. First time pool owner here, have been reading this forum for a while and it has been a great resource.
