New HTH tabs - no CYA

12.5% bleach that is over a month old is not 12.5% anymore, it's less.

For KISS use Walmart 6% bleach at $1.77 as it's super cheap and fresh and 6% shelve life is long so if it's not fresh it's still good. At a glance two jugs of this is like one jug of 12.5% at a cost of $3.54, but weighs twice as much.

If you want to game it, check date codes and use the pool math phone app calculator to check prices, always compare it to 128oz of 6% at $1.77, I always used a web site but now can't find it.

$5 a gallon for 12.5% is over priced. You can get 3 gallons of 6% (which approximates to 1 gallon of 18%) for 30 cents more. Much better deal that way.

I normally buy the gallons of pool cholorinating liquid from walmart at 3.60 ish a jug. Works out to basically $7 for a gallon of what would be 20% strength.
Buying regular bleach it take about 3.5 gallons at 1.77 which comes out to about $6.20

If you can get 6% at 1.77 a gallon, that's the best route. You may be willing to pay the little bit more to buy the walmart 10% pool liquid to cut down on how
many bottles you have to throw away. With a pool as big as yours, I'd be trying to find a source to buy 55 gallon drums.

I see you are still draining and refilling and reporting CYA readings over 100. First, you've been advised already to stop. There is no test that can reliably measure CYA over 100, and you haven't reported that you've received the TF-100 that you ordered yet. So I'm still unclear as to where you are getting these CYA readings. But they are highly suspect and I wouldn't do anything else until you can perform a trustworthy CYA test with your TF-100 except for adding bleach daily.
