Hi, everyone! My name is Liz and my husband and I are about to sign our pool contract. We have been saving for years and we are about to purchase a 97 ft. Perimeter pool with a 6 ft round spa and 45 sq ft tanning ledge. It has a white mini pebble interior with a chlorine and mineral filtration system. 2 hp variable speed pump, 12,600 gallons, travertine coping and a raised wall at the back. I’m really nervous about signing the contract because it’s so much money. We have gotten several bids and we feel this is the best bang for our buck. What do you experts think?

Welcome to the forum!
Beautiful looking pool! I would suggest your reconsider the mineral system. TFP specifically does not recommend them. They add metals to your pool water and will eventually lead to staining. They also do not reduce the chlorine needed, regardless of what the salesperson says.
I do suggest you consider putting in a Salt Water Chlorine Generator instead. See SWG How It Works - Further Reading
I suggest you read ABC's of Pool Water Chemistry.
