Reduce your RPM to 1200 with the SWCG on. Does the NO FLOW red light come on? If it does, keep increasing it by 100 rpm until the flow light goes off. Then raise it another 100 RPM (buffer for a filter getting dirty) and use that as your RPM.
If the light is still on at 1200 rpm, leave it there. See if that suffices to skim your pool and keep the water clean.
