Builder is balking on a few things though. He owes us $1500 for over charge on decking. Also owes us a better grade on the area behind the pool. He doesn't want to do either. Another big thing is we specified Aqualink WiFi connection and only got the handheld PDA. Our builder puts no real equipment specs in the contract so not sure what is going to happen with this one.
As a side note I would advise not getting Jandy. They do not like working with consumers at all. They want to deal exclusively through the builder. This makes it really hard when you are trying to find out what is compatible with what.

Well triple poop!!! PB just called and said they forgot to order the tile (for the steps). So that will be probably another week delay. We are already at a 2 week delay.

We asked the local sod installer to give us a bid.....last week. So we got tired of waiting and installed it ourselves. Not a 1/2 bad job! Still need another load of sod to finish up. Sod is the BEST!
Forget brush----------water! Got to get those roots down! THEN go brush LOL

I just wanted to close out my build thread. Pool just passed the final inspection! I had failed due to 2 wrong electrical outlets (not weather rated), too big a gap under fence (>2") and area around pool not graded properly. All is done. Now I get my $1500 bond back as well! Also now I will start legal proceedings against my PB to recover the money I paid for the grading. Wish me luck!
I am glad you got the green card for all of that! What an adventure!
