We are looking to build a 25x15 to 30x15 rectangle pool in our backyard. We've never owned a pool before.
The pool builder we like the most has quoted us the following (for 25x15) and I would love to hear input from you guys. I have talked with a couple of other owners who have used this builder and they have provided positive feedback. I'm meeting again with the PB on Thursday to hopefully finalize the plan.
The plan includes 300 sqft of deck, but we'll likey go slightly larger. We don't have a ton of room and are running into impervious surface limit issues so we can't go quite as large as we'd like, but we can make it work.
