Yes I did, from my kitchen and also the camera. It’s crazy for it to take real shape. But it’s supposed to rain the next 3 days so let’s hope it doesn’t push back the schedule too much.Did you get to watch them do some of the work? If so I bet you are glad you do not have to do it!!! It is a real art form!

I assume that is why the backhoe is still here.Hoping for no cave in as well! If it does happen don't panic. They can take care of it.

Now you get to do your next job with the pool-------bond with it aka watering it. This helps slow the curing down so it is stronger.

Watering several times a day*well the good news is looks like there is going to be rain here in a few days. But they are going to be watering it several times throughout the next week.
The backyard is blocked off from anyone but the crew going in there but it’s a fair point. I appreciate the feedbackI am surprised there are not guards on all the vertical rebar ends. Someone can easily trip and get impaled on one and seriously injured. Be very with careful anyone walking around the area.
I saw a pic recently of water bottles being used as guards on top of rebar.
This should be mentioned to the builder as it is a liability for all involved- homeowner, builder, and rebar contractor.
