New Aqua Plus Control Board, But Slow Speed not working

Just had my Aqua Plus control board swapped out (SWG was not getting power). The pool company left then I noticed that slow speed isn't working. Fast speed is fine. Its most probably an error in the wiring OR a problem with the setup of the controller. I went into the CONFIGURATION menu but don't see an issue (it is set to '2 speed'). Just wondering if anyone has a quick fix idea. Thanks!!

The Filter Pump setting needs to be set to 2 speed and additionally, an Aux relay needs to be setup for low speed. Are both configured?

If so, when you press the button for that relay, do you hear the relay click? If not, it could be a bad relay.

If it does click, then I would check the low speed wire at the pump motor and make sure it is getting a voltage.

Thank you! Only 5 hours ago they came by again and found that they did not configure it correctly. I verified the 2 speed setting, but not the other. I think he may have been speeding the install. He apologized - so happy to not be running fast speed all the time. Thanks again for the advice!!
