Thank you, that would be great! Hopefully they will take care of it like you said..we have not finished paying them. I think we owe them approximately one third of the total amount, to be paid at the time of plaster. Electrical is next and happening Friday or Monday. If they don't get it all cleaned up good we can help you so you can finish it up after they say they are done. Here is hoping THEY will take care of it. Have you paid them yet?
That’s a great question, I am unsure...I wish I had thought of that ahead of time. I’ll have to ask them!Is sealing in your contract? My PB scrubbed mine with a brush before sealing, it had a grout sheen on it before the scrub.
Great idea thank you!Make sure they don't forget your light over/by the equipment pad!
I’m not sure what you mean by looped returns? If you are able to explain more that would be very helpful!Didnt see your thread but the looped returns isn't great. If anything happens to the line they are all down. You would want them separated if possible
Oh ok, that definitely sounds better..unfortunately I could only see the plumbing by our security cameras as they had covered it up by the time I got home the other week. Hopefully it was done well so that if they did do looped returns it will at least be in good shape for a few years... ??sorry, I was looking in your original post in the contract picture you posted. in the specs it says "looped returns". In PB speak this means one pipe all around the pool and then tied back to the starting point with all the returns off of that single looped pipe. this works great for equal pressure to all jets. but if anything happens to that pipe or one of its branches to a return you end up shutting down ALL returns with no choice but to fix the issue, usually a major one. with individual lines or lines in pairs if you ever have a problem you can shut down that one leaking/broken line and keep going with no issues. in pairs of lines you can still limp by or maybe not even have an issue and ignore the problem. very little additional work to have individual runs back to pad and even easier to have 2-3 lines and pair them up. just some advice if its still possible
Very true!! Luckily we don’t have any decking planned but I’d hate to have to resod!hopefully the did a good enough job to last the lifetime of the pool, you dont want to pull up the decking to fix ANY piping lol
haha! I am not sure what that is, but the light is above everything on the soffit.Look at all of those pretty valves! Is that my light over it all?

Ok, thank you very much! That is good to know! Hopefully they finish soon so it won’t be a problem for long ??Must find find out what that is! It looks like a chick hanging down!
You can ask them to drop off a pump to remove the water or you can put mosquitoes dunks in it. You can find them in Lowes or such. If you don't do one of those then yes, you will have a problem with mosquitoes and yucky smells!
