Im trying to wire my pool light and spa light to intellicenter, I would like to put them on the same relay so both lights come on together

Most importantly the lights need to be GFI protected. This is done either by a GFI Breaker or a GFI outlet that is installed in the lower right corner of the enclosure (the most common way of doing this).
Run a wire from the LOAD side of the outlet (or the GFI breaker) to the LINE side of an unused relay. Connect the black wires from the pool/spa light junction box to the LOAD side of that relay. The white wires from the lights need to connect to the neutral wire from the LOAD side of the outlet. Connect all the grounds to the ground bus bar.
Configure the relay by assigning the name of your choice, set the circuit function as INTELLIBRITE and set the light position to 1.
Turn on the lights to check the operation and hit the TEST button on the GFI to confirm that the lights turn off if the GFI trips.
If this doesn't make sense or you're getting the "this seems a little more complicated than I thought it would be" feeling then call an electrician out. Safety never takes a vacation with electricity and water...

You do understand that if you use one relay, the lights will always be the same color at the same time???
