Need copy of Maytronics Dolphin warranty

Can anybody post or send me a pdf (or other format) of the printed warranty for Maytronics/Dolphin? The pump on mine broke and its out of the 2 year warranty, but it looks like I have extended coverage through my credit card. I need a copy of the original warranty for the paperwork, and Maytronics has failed to send it like they promised.

Not sure how specific the warranties are to the models, but it's a Doheny Discovery/S200 bought in 2017.

This is for the M600 which has 36 month. Don't know if it is different for a 24 month, but I wouldn't think so except for the number of months. Had to scan it in, sorry.
