My HDF400 Hayward Heater doesn't turn un with Omnilogic, only manually

Dear all,
I have my spa since 1 year. Everything worked well so far. Today my HDF400 Hayward Heater for the first time doesn't turn on from Omnilogic. If I start the heater (either from my phone app or the controller in the wall) it says "Status - Heating" but it does not heat up. Screenshot below was taken after 10 mins I turned it on from the app, and I went to check the equipment and heater did not start. I then clicked the minus bottom and menu button for 5 seconds to exit BO mode (Bypass operation mode) and enter manual mode, if I set the temperature to 100 and it worked fine, it turned on and reached the temperature. Only thing I noticed: It stopped when my app said 95 degrees, not too hot, walked out of the spa and checked the heater screen and it reads 100 degrees in the water. I raised to 103 degrees and it got hotter. Why the app said a different value from the heater? This might be an unrelated matter. The priority for me is to understand why in BO the heater doesnt work (I switched back to BO with no luck).

Your problem is in the Omni programming, the low voltage relay on the Omni board, or the 2-wire control between the Omni and the heater.

Do you have a multimeter and know how to check continuity and voltage ?

Have you read the installation manuals in how the heater automation control connects to the Omni?

You have OmniLogic or OmniPL panel?

I have Automation with salt cell: Hayward HLPLUS4W (OmniPL Smart Pool and Spa Control with TCELL940)

Not much handy with the multimeter but I can figure out how to use it I guess. Is there a video that shows how to check on the OmniPL?

I just check the manual. It shows the images below. So LVR1-LVR4 are for the Heater relays. I unscruwed the panel cover and I show the pics below. Everything look good, the yellow and green wires are correctly in LV1 and LV2, I tried to touch them a little and they seem firm. The go inside a gray wire that goes inside the heater body. Any suggestion?

Disconnect the green and yellow heater wires at the Omni connector. Twist the wires together. See if the heater turns on when you set it to BO. If so it shows the wire connection is good and the problem is in the Omni board.

Yup, 24V from the heater when it is on.

Just turn off the heater or flip off Its CB. Gloves are not necessary.

I suggest you check the continuity of the wire with a multimeter or replace the wire.

Show us pictures of what you did and the wire.
