Keep adding acid. As was stated previously - add enough to lower pH by 0.4, circulate for 30 minutes, test, and repeat until you get a pH in the 7's. Test TA then also.
 
Yes. TA was above 100 last time you posted. So once it gets down to 80 or below, the pH should not rise quickly.

Be sure your test kit can manage the testing of your water. If you are using the HTH, if your FC is above 5 ppm, that will alter the pH reading.
