Motor bearings needed

All, looking for some bearing help as INYOPools can't find this one.
I have a Century Centurion motor mod: H636, 5/8 shaft. I need inboard and outboard bearing.
Any pool guys out there know this one?

I would like to get them first and put in tonight since the pool places and auto parts places will be closed when i get home.

Front bearing could be a 6203 or 6204. Rear 6203.

Well, I missed the 6304. didn't notice you have a 3-phase motor.
