Not at the exact same time. It is recommended to wait 15 minutes or so between them. If you brush the area after adding the first one, it helps disperse the chemicals.

How long to wait between adding pool chemicals
The wait times between adding pool chemicals is usually around 10 minutes each, as that is also sufficient time for the chemicals to mix in the water.
