Method for installing expandable liner

Hi -

I think I may need to replace my AGP's expandable liner this year and am looking to do it myself. I'm finding bits and pieces online about how to do it (lowering the liner as it fills 1/10th of the way at a time until the liner starts to stretch under the weight of the water) but hoping to hear from a pool owner who's put one to confirm / provide any tips & tricks - thanks!

Hi is the process the same for an expandable liner? I thought I read you let a little out at a time vs setting it all in the pool at once
