I have a 1-year-old active 20 that is giving me some issues with the power supply. It appears as though the panel where the buttons are set is inflating and I don't have the ability to click any of the buttons. Kind of disappointed to see this happen at 12 months. This controller was always kept inside except when being used. Even when used, the controller is plugged in on the north side of my house under an overhang. Curious if anybody has ever opened one of these up to figure out what exactly is going on. Waiting for a customer service rep to respond after going through their chat support. I purchased this through Marina pool and spa so not sure if they will steer me back there.

Well Zach from Marina Pool and Spa called me. After a quick description of the issue he recognized the problem and got me squared away with a claim for a replacement. Just wanted to plug them on the customer service. I can tell having to deal with Maytronics directly was going to be painful. These guys are absolutely fantastic. Can't recommend them enough!

I had the same issue with my power supply also <1 year old robot. My robot was supplied by my pool builder. Fwiw, my experience going through maytronics could not have been simpler. I called Maytronics to file a claim and it took less than <5 minutes for them to approve the claim and send me a replacement power supply. Got it in the mail the following week.
