Mastertemp error code: ERR IGN

Hi there!

I have a customer whose Mastertemp is showing an error code of ERR IGN. I understand this could be either the igniter or burner? Please correct me if I am wrong. He is out of warranty as well as second owner of home/pool. Would you recommend replacing igniter first? His LED display has also shifted under the control panel. We will be correcting this issue as well. However, just looking for some feedback before I send him over to a specific heater tech.

ERR IGN could be igniter, lack of gas flow, FENWAL failure, board failure, rodents chewing on wires.

If the LED display shifted it may have pulled a wire from the control board.

Also possible flame sensor if it is seperate from the ignitor or ground.
