Low PH, High Alkalinity Frog chlorinator

I’m having a heck of a time with this myself. TA is 80 at the moment and pH is 6.8 or possibly lower (6.8 is lowest indicator on gauge). I aerated for about six hours yesterday with four fountains and running the cover pump, no change when measured today. Photo attached, fountains on right side. Aerating again today hoping to see some rise but I’m close to adding pH Up just to get some kind of rise here but I know TA is going to go up too, constant battle between pH Up then adding acid to bring down TA. Chlorine pool using Frog infuser and mineral pac, but probably not relevant to my low pH/ high TA problem.

So I actually have another problem now along with low pH, which is what I assume is a bad CYA test. I had been away on business this week, opened the pool cover today to find cloudy water. Ran a full set of tests and CYA is measuring zero - the solution is not cloudy at all. I had been running 60-70 (test is a little subjective) over a number of measurement periods and had been considering replacing water, but now that it's reading zero all of a sudden, something weird is going on. The last time I actually tested CYA was 6/19 where I noted 60.

I actually did the CYA test a second time using a different bottle of R-0013 thinking it might be expired or something (just got the test kit less than a month ago), but same result. I've been more or less ignoring chlorine until I figure out how to lower my CYA, could lack of chlorine cause this to read wrong?

Here are my test results today: FC .5, CC .5 (supposedly with the Frog infuser and mineral pac you only need to maintain .5 FC, but I'm sure chlorine level is low), pH 6.8 (possibly lower), TA 110, CH 450, CYA 0.
