Strange white flakes just appeared under return outlets, what could they be? Added baking soda a few days ago, but never seen this before. Pool 3 yrs., salt gen 9mo. Old.

What is a full set of test results?
Lol. I check the SWG and seen it was pretty clean, then realized thats cause its all in the pool! Tested flakes in MA and they fizzled, so i did a acid clean on whats left in the SWG.
Now what to do with the scale? Can it be vacuumed to the filters?

You can vacuum it up.
You need a full set of test results. You should not get that kind of scaling in your SWCG.
