Lots of rain today I am guessing I should drain some water? The only option is to put a pump in pool since I don’t have the hose that connects to drain pipe..

No urgency yet to drain although your skimmer will not skim debris. You can drop a pump in and lower the water a bit or wait and see if evaporation lowers the water more then rains will add water.

If the water gets up to the top of the skimmer plastic edge I would start pumping.

Great thank you

When do you plan to start heating the pool? Once you heat the pool you will gets lots more evaporation.

Probably not for another month or so. What kind of hose I need to connect to this fitting so I can drain?
