Recently replaced the actuator on the Pentair solar valve, and now when it comes on, I lose complete pressure from the pump. No leaks that I can see. Thoughts?

Sounds to me like your actuator may be working backwards..
You might want to move the little 3-way toggle switch from the current on position to the other on position.. On-Off-On.
The actuator can't cause the pump to "lose pressure", but it could shut the line off and dead head the pump.
